Do you find it hard to discipline yourself to read any 'spiritual' books?  Then this could be the group for you!

The group meets on a Friday evening every two months to discuss a selected book.  It's a very relaxed evening in which we share our thoughts about the book and any new insights we've gained or things we disagree with.  There's lots of laughter and new members are always welcome. As one member of the group says: 'The group encourages us to read more widely and think about where we are in our belief and thoughts about God .  Because it's such a safe environment we're able to share openly and allow our beliefs to be challenged by what others say.'

Some of the books we've looked at over the past year include 'Struggling to Be Holy' by Judy Hirst, 'What's so Amazing About Grace' by Philip Yancey, 'The Meaning in the Miracles by Jeffrey John and 'Pray, Love, Remember by Michael Mayne.

If you think you'd like to join us, contact Juli Wills for details of the next book, date and venue.
